Flexible workers? You’d be mad not to hire them. How do we know? Because the benefits to business are huge – as shown by our Flexible Working Survey 2017.

We recently surveyed 1,150 employees who are currently registered with our part-time and flexible recruitment agency. We wanted to find out how attitudes towards flexible working have changed in the ten years that our flexible and part-time recruitment agency has existed.

• 84% of those who replied are managers and professionals.
• 33% had held Director or Senior/Middle Manager roles.
• 44% had earned over £50k when employed full-time.
• 96% of our Members interviewed were female and 84% were aged 35-44.

This tells us that from our Members who are seeking flexible work, many are highly qualified with great experience which they can draw upon to excel in a new role. So why wouldn’t an employer want to tap into this highly skilled talent pool to access great quality employees?
