Flexibility Advisory & Consulting
We combine our 16-year history promoting flexible working with over 25 years’ business consulting experience to help clients optimise flexible working and embrace workplace diversity.
Professionals returning to the workplace after a career break for parenting, caring or other commitments are a valuable source of talent but are hard to reach and require support. They’re often called ‘returners’.
Ten2Two creates structured 'cohort' returner programmes or individual 'supported hire' processes to attract and welcome experienced returning professionals into your workplace.
- Full custom design of returner programme to suit business requirements
- Suitable for many functions, specialities and experience/level
- End-to-end design, delivery and management by our in-house team
Similar to a graduate internship, a COHORT of returners recruited for a fixed period with the opportunity for permanent hire.
Supported with a specialised induction and coaching programme.
Supported Hire Structure
- Sourcing and recruiting returners to fulfil identified roles or assignments
- Creating induction programmes and hiring manager support
- Full knowledge transfer to in-house team to further develop talent pipeline
INDIVIDUAL RETURNERS recruited through discrete hiring processes on demand but utilising specialist recruitment channels and in each case joiners are offered enhanced induction and support programmes.
Alongside the ongoing flexible recruitment provided by Ten2Two, they designed and delivered an innovative returnship programme with the aim of increasing diversity and providing a talent pipeline. The brief was for 10 returners, but the calibre of candidates was so high, the programme offered 21 positions. It’s been a great success!
Our goal was to practically and visibly support the development of a diversity culture whist understanding a new channel for talent in professional returners. We found 10 great people we would not have found elsewhere and had fantastic support from the Ten2Two team throughout
Flexibility, Diversity and Collaboration
We help businesses to navigate the evolution and implementation of flexible and hybrid working in their organisations. Beyond flexibility we’ve encouraged workplace diversity and inclusion, helping organisations develop workforce insights and action programmes.
Here are some examples…
Agile and hybrid research and training programme
An initiative training 50 global employees and managers on the practical and 'softer' elements of embracing agile and hybrid working to prepare employees for change emotionally and physically.
Senior Attrition Research
Global qualitative and quantitative research investigating the reasons why senior female executives left their organisation and their experiences while there to identify areas of change to stem attrition and improve diversity.
Leavers & Diversity Research
Qualitative survey and follow-up qualitative interviews with 750 ex-employees to explore their reasons for leaving, experiences of working at the company and identify suggestions for improvement with a specific focus on minority groups.
People Performance in a Hybrid Workplace
Our team has supported organisations including Ted Baker, Schroders Bank, H&M, Space NK, Edelman, Premier League and Next to help improve their people performance, development and collaboration structures.
Through our flexible recruitment we help people and businesses one by one but we love using our strategic and operational expertise to affect organisations as a whole.
