These terms of use set out the terms and conditions for your use of our website at Ten2Two (“our Site”), whether as a guest or as someone who has registered to use our services. Use of our site includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our site and the services we provide.

Our site is made available free of charge, but to access our services you will need to have registered and completed your profile.
By applying online and submitting your CV, you will be sending your personal information directly to Ten2Two, not the Client.
Whilst we have taken every care in the preparation of the content of our Site, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted and totally reliable access to it. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our Site through your internet connection are aware of these terms and conditions and all other applicable terms on the site, and that they comply with them.
From time to time, our Site may contain links to and from third party websites. If you follow a link, please note that these sites have their own privacy policies and will be subject to separate terms and conditions and we do not accept responsibility or liability for these sites.
6. Your account and password
If you choose a password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential and must not disclose it to any third party.
We have the right to disable any account or password at any time, if in our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms and conditions and shall have no liability to you.

Ten2Two, in the handling of your personal data, ensures that the data you supply to us is processed with skill and care and in accordance with data protection laws and the Recruitment and Employment Confederation Professional Code of Conduct. We will collect your personal data in order to provide you with work-finding services. This data will include the information you supply to us on your CV (which would include, for example, name, address, qualifications). You hereby consent to us using the information provided by you (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data) for the said purposes. Ten2Two takes its responsibilities in respect of your personal data extremely seriously.
Ten2Two is required by data protection laws to hold your personal data for as long as is necessary to comply with our statutory obligations. The Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, require us to keep work-seeker records for at least one year from (a) the date of their creation or (b) after the date on which we last provide you with work-finding services. Ten2Two will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that your personal data is maintained and up to date. You are under a duty to inform us of any and all changes to your personal data to ensure that it is up to date. Please be aware that you have the following data protection rights:
• The right to be informed about the personal data the Company processes on you;
• The right of access to the personal data the Company processes on you;
• The right to rectification of your personal data;
• The right to erasure of your personal data in certain circumstances;
• The right to restrict processing of your personal data;
• The right to data portability in certain circumstances;
• The right to object to the processing of your personal data that was based on a public or legitimate interest;

8. Aggregate Information
Ten2Two may gather information and statistics collectively about all visitors to this website, which may include the information supplied by you which will help us to understand our users thereby creating a better recruitment process. All data will be in aggregate form only; Ten2Two will not disclose individual names or identity information. Ten2Two believes that this information helps to determine what is most beneficial for its users and how Ten2Two can continually improve its service.
9. Terms of Business
Where Ten2Two introduces either by mail, telephone or e-mail any candidate for an assignment or employment with the Client, the introductions will be subject to the Terms of Business agreed between the Client and Ten2Two.
10. Copyright
All information contained on our Site and related images, logos, or any other intellectual property rights are the exclusive property of Ten2Two Ltd.
You are prohibited from downloading, copying or printing any of the pages of the website except for your own personal use. No copying for any business or commercial use is allowed.
11. Disclaimer
We use all reasonable efforts to ensure that the content on our Site is useful and appropriate. However, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our Site is correct, accurate, complete or up-to-date.
