Here at Ten2Two, we’re in a particularly privileged position to be at the forefront of flexible working in an ever-changing business world. And this means we have access to the minds of some of the brightest professionals out there. So it’s brilliant to hear just how beneficial flexible working is for business and employees alike.
Here’s a little glimpse into our survey’s feedback:
95% of businesses felt that flexible working had been a benefit to their business.
A part-time week was favoured by our Members as their preferred way of working flexibly.
Reduced daily hours every day (5 days) was the second most popular flexible working format.
A flexible worker usually portrays skills beyond their functional experience. These characteristics include being highly organised and good at prioritising work, good communication skills and effective time management.
