We asked 1,150 employees currently registered with our part-time and flexible recruitment agency. We also contacted 250 local businesses across the south-east and south-west of England to collate their views of [flexible working practice](https://www.workingfamilies.org.uk/articles/flexible-working-after-30th-july-2014-a-guide-for-employees/?gclid=CjwKEAjwytLKBRCX547gve7EsE4SJAD3IZV6sqHC2RktdSq5twRF3i8qTE5gqO3dK5P7RwHX1C7gjBoCRGjw_wcB)s. The results were highly interesting and reveal massive flexible working benefits for businesses. - 84% of those who replied are managers and professionals. - 33% had held Director or Senior/Middle Manager roles. - 44% had earned over £50k when employed full-time. - 96% of our Members interviewed were female and 84% were aged 35-44. This tells us that from our Members who are seeking flexible work, many are highly qualified with great experience which they can draw upon to excel in a new role.
