We’re members of the REC, the Recruitment & Employment Confederation. But what does that mean for our clients?

Our REC Membership helps us to observe the highest principles of ethics, equity, integrity, professional conduct and fair practice in dealing with others. Plus it’s also a place for us to turn if we ever need guidance, legal advice or training. So you can have added reassurance when you’re looking for your next quality hires.

When recruitment agencies like ours join the REC, we sign up to the REC Code, which requires basic statutory compliance as well as higher ethical principles. REC membership means we have to pass the REC’s compliance test on entry, and again every two years to retain membership. The REC also publish valuable research and insights and have an important role to play in improving standards within the industry.

Always use an REC recruiter

Not all recruiters are created equally, and you can waste valuable time and energy if you go to a recruiter that doesn’t practice the same high standards that REC membership requires. For example, a bad recruiter might send you countless CVs for people who aren’t actually available or able to do the job at hand or fail to perform identity checks. Find out more here.
