We’re celebrating 10 years of flexible working this year with our  business’s tenth anniversary…

Well what can we say. We are delighted and overwhelmed – if not a little amazed, even – to have been able to celebrate our tenth anniversary this month. We had a fantastic evening celebration alongside all our wonderful team, supporters, partners and other inspiring business minds who have all helped to get Ten2Two’s flexible working message out there.

Fabulous flexible working… 

Thanks to everyone who made the effort to celebrate with us. Since our launch in 2007, we’ve been lucky to meet some exceptional people who have all played a part in making our business what it is today. Over the last ten years we’ve helped hundreds of local businesses by introducing our fantastic, high calibre, Ten2Two Members to them, now all doing a great job working flexibly.

We may have started out in Berkhamsted, Hertfordshire, but we have offices across the south east and the south west now, reaching all the way from Kent across to Gloucestershire and Bristol. Who knows where else our flexible recruitment agency will end up?!

At Ten2Two, we’re continuing to spread the word that the Victorian idea of working 9-5 is outdated and holding businesses back.  Our research and anecdotes from our clients suggests that flexible working is the way forward so we’re looking forward to another ten years of making this happen!
