Ten2Two is different to other recruitment agencies. Once you’ve registered (it’s a simple, free and fast process!), you become a ‘member’ of our growing community of over 20,000 flexible working professionals and will quickly start to enjoy the benefits:

We operate more like a ‘search and selection’ company than a high street recruitment agency. So, we don’t advertise our jobs on our website (but here are some recent examples). However, once you are registered, we get to know our members as best we can at our local career events and workshops. We aim to match you selectively to appropriate flexible and part-time roles. We will contact you once a role matches your skills, experience and location.

Build your confidence and career skills

Ten2Two is more than a recruitment agency focusing on flexible working jobs. Of course, we aim to find you work that fits in with your life and personal commitments; but we also try to foster a culture of personal development and to build a community of peers. Once registered, we also aim to help and coach you through the job-hunting and selection process and build (or rebuild) your confidence and career skills. We provide all our members with access to professional development through FREE career events and workshops.

Every year at Ten2Two, we conduct research amongst our members on topics such as the issues around returning to work after having a baby, employers’ attitudes towards flexibility and working mums in the workplace. We engage with a range of policy and development organisations to make your opinions known and contribute to the national debate on flexible and part-time employment.
