Once you have completed your registration you will be part of a unique group of experienced, high calibre professionals seeking part-time and flexible work. The Ten2Two team will be in touch to tell you more about how we operate and you will start to receive job alerts, newsletters and invitations to our free member development events. There are no charges to our members for our work-seeking services. 

As a recruitment business we do need to inform you of the legalities of registering with us as follows:

Candidate Terms of Engagement 

Ten2Two Ltd having its registered office at Berkhamsted House, 121 High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 2DJ (Company No: 04479980) is acting as an Employment Agency seeking permanent roles for candidates and as an Employment Business providing interim assignments for candidates with clients. There are no charges to candidates for work-seeking services. 

Data Protection Statement 

The information that you provide upon registration and on any CV given will be used by Ten2Two Ltd to provide you with work finding services. It will also be used to invite you to participate in free personal development events, occasional research projects and to provide news about flexible working. In providing this service to you, your personal data will be included on a computerised database. You can learn more about when and why we collect personal information, how we use it, the conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure by reading our privacy policy. Please be assured, we will not forward your details to clients without your knowledge. 

Ten2Two Ltd and its associated offices are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office https://ico.org.uk/   Any requests for information or a copy of your personal data, please email ruth@ten2two.org, addressed to the Data Protection Officer.

By agreeing to our Terms of Engagement you are confirming you have immigration permission to work in the UK. 

In line with UKBA guidance on the prevention of illegal working we will verify and take a copy of your original ID documentation as evidence of your right to work in the UK if you are to be engaged by Ten2Two Ltd for temporary work. 

Criminal Convictions 

By agreeing to our Terms of Engagement you are confirming you have no ‘unspent’ criminal convictions. If this is not the case, please contact us once your registration is confirmed. 

Health and Disability 

If you require any adjustments to be made to the recruitment process under the Disability Discrimination Act, please do let us know. 

Candidate Declaration 

I hereby confirm that the information I have given is true and correct. I confirm I have read and accept these Terms of Engagement. I confirm I have read Ten2Two Ltd’s privacy policy regarding the processing of my personal data and consent to my personal data and CV being forwarded to clients (with my knowledge). 

If, during the course of a temporary assignment, the Client wishes to employ me directly, I acknowledge that Ten2Two will be entitled either to charge the client an introduction/transfer fee, or to agree an extension of the hiring period with the Client (after which I may be employed by the Client without further charge being applicable to the Client).

I understand my application may be rejected and / or I may be dismissed following appointment if I have given any false or misleading information or have withheld any relevant details.
