We consider the relevance of our communications, individuals' reasonable expectations and the potential impact on their privacy.

We do not rely on legitimate interests to override consent requirements where these apply under electronic marketing rules.

### Coaching and paid career services

We use personal information to manage bookings, deliver services, process payments and communicate with individuals using our career support services.

Our lawful basis may include contractual necessity, legal obligations and legitimate interests.

### Legal, administrative and security purposes

- **Client and business contact information:** Retained while relevant to our business relationships or legitimate business purposes, subject to periodic review.
- **Financial and contractual records:** Retained for applicable statutory periods.
- **Marketing suppression records:** Retained for as long as necessary to ensure individuals who have opted out are not contacted again for marketing purposes.

When information is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymise it unless there is a lawful reason to retain it.

You can contact us for information about the retention period applicable to your personal data.

## 10. Recruitment Technology and Candidate Matching
