Many businesses increase output during the autumn months once everyone is back from their holidays. We find greater demand for staff during this period and this coincides with a real increase in candidate interest as the ‘back to school’ effect rubs off. #### **Are you ready for a new challenge?** Many professionals who have taken time out from their careers to start a family use this period as the marking point of the start of their own ambitious new recruitment drive. Whether it is children starting school for the first time or moving to secondary school, September can also free up many working parents to increase their hours and take on more responsibility. #### **Flexible staff make real business sense** For professional firms who need more staff, it makes real business sense (financially and practically) to consider flexible workers.
