Paul shared some fascinating insights as to why confidence can falter at the most important times, such as an important interview or a big presentation. He then suggested ways to overcome these blips – in the most entertaining way. There was lots of laughter, demonstrations and interactive learning – and the end result was that over 40 Ten2Two members left the event walking just that little bit taller! Paul talked through using positive body language, breathing to be calm, guaranteeing the best first impression and avoiding the ‘wet fish handshake’!  After the presentation the excited group stayed to network with each other and practice some of the techniques.
