Although a CIM qualified marketer of 20+ years, for the past three she has been running her own recruitment business in Gloucestershire focusing on professionals looking for part-time work so is very well versed on the benefits part-time professionals can bring to local businesses.
With Ten2Two’s established business model and Tracey’s local knowledge, this new partnership is a fantastic opportunity to champion and grow flexible working opportunities in the area.
In her life before children, Tracey had a successful career in the highly analytical world of product management after which she moved into marketing. She brings experience of having worked in a variety of organisations, from start-ups to large corporates including Tui and British Airways.
