Ten2Two Shortlisted for Two National Awards Recognising Flexible Working Excellence

Flexible working recruitment consultancy Ten2Two has been shortlisted in two categories at the prestigious Working Families Best Practice Awards 2025: Best for All-Round Flexibility and Best Small Employer.

Now in their sixteenth year, the awards celebrate employers across the UK who are creating flexible, family-friendly workplaces. Ten2Two’s recognition reflects its long-standing commitment to championing flexible work—not just for clients and candidates, but within its own team.

“We’re thrilled to be finalists for these meaningful awards,” said Deborah O’Sullivan, MD of Ten2Two. “For 18 years, we’ve specialised in flexible working, deeply understanding the challenges faced by working parents. Over 90% of our team are mothers who work part-time—skilled professionals balancing work and family life. When life throws a curveball—a sick child, a family emergency, even a poorly pet—we ensure our team feels supported and trusted.”

Founded to challenge the traditional 9–5 model, Ten2Two has been a pioneer in promoting flexible employment opportunities for professionals seeking balance. The business itself is a case study in what’s possible when flexibility is embedded from the ground up.

Jane van Zyl, Chief Executive of Working Families, said:
These finalists are beacons of possibility and demonstrate that a determination to find flexible solutions and a belief in putting people at the heart of organisations brings benefits for businesses, for employees and for families.”

The winners will be announced at a ceremony on 26 June 2025 at Apothecaries’ Hall, London.
