Ten2Two proudly sponsor the Women In Business Awards

Women In Business Awards 2017
Ten2Two Hampshire are delighted and very proud to be the lead sponsor of the Champion of Change category for the Women in Business 2017 Awards, which will take place at Oakley Hall on Thursday 21st September 2017.
The Champion of Change For Women In The Workplace Award is to recognise both women and men who have demonstrated their ability and commitment to raising the value of diversity and inclusiveness in their work environment. The successful nominee will be able to show how their ability to influence or bring about cultural change in the workplace has given rise to more support for gender diversity and equality. This award is open to both men and women, and entrants can be at any level in the business.
Nominations for all categories can be made via http://womeninbusiness.biz/, and the deadline has been extended to 7th July.
Now in its 4th year, WiB Awards has grown into more than just an awards event, it has become a campaign that celebrates and spotlights organisations and individuals across all sectors of business who have excelled in their specific business, profession or organisation.
The 2017 Women In Business Awards was launched in March this year and was organised by The Business Magazine, and the campaign has been personally endorsed by prime minister Theresa May. This is a topic which the prime minister is passionate about, and she sent a letter detailing how proud she was of the progress made to date, and endorsing the efforts of the Women in Business campaign in inspiring women. She added that ‘more still needed to be done to remove barriers’ and that ‘women should share their experiences, help mentor, and inspire others… to encourage women to go as far as their talents will take them…’
Women in Business is more than an awards night – although rewarding success is a key theme. It is an opportunity to participate in an ongoing and developing campaign that expresses just why women play such a significant role in the region’s, and the UK’s, economy.
If you know of a business or business woman to nominate then please put their name forward for recognition, and join the Ten2Two team at the awards on Thursday 21st September.
