Welcome to Mariangela Franchetti…

As Ten2Two Hampshire continues to expand, we are delighted to introduce our newest team member, Mariangela Franchetti. ,Mariangela joins us to focus on Strategic Business Development.

Mariangela is an experienced professional and entrepreneur with a portfolio of roles, ranging from founding a well-known independent top-end fashion retailer to consulting for international luxury brands. Born in Florence, Italy, Mariangela is a true citizen of the world and speaks 7 languages. Her childhood was spent living in 12 different countries in Latin America, Asia and Africa.

She is passionate about the opportunities that part-time and flexible work gives those of us with different roles to juggle.

Mariangela’s mission for Ten2Two Hampshire…

Mariangela will be working alongside Hannah Pateman to develop new business relationships whilst Ten2Two continues its expansion in Winchester, Southampton and the Meon Valley.  Campaigning to raise awareness within our local business communities about the benefits they are likely missing out on by continuing down the ‘full time only’ route, Mariangela will be supporting professional services, business advocates and growth coaches among others to create change in our workplaces that can only be for the good of us all.
