Who are Ten2Two Hampshire’s candidates?

It’s a great question! If you’re a Hampshire/Berkshire borders business looking for new employees, you’ll want to know that we’ve got the right candidates for your role. You’ll probably already know that Ten2Two specialises in part-time and flexible roles. But what sort of people are on our books?

We have 3,000+ people signed up with Ten2Two Hampshire, with the common denominator being that they are all looking for the perfect part-time or flexible role. Our candidates are all experienced, talented professionals, but after that the similarity almost ends, as they have worked in a wide variety of industries, and across all sectors.

What skills do our candidates have that your business can tap into?

A quarter of our candidates are primarily looking for a job in Administration, as an Administrator, Office Manager or as a Personal Assistant. That’s 750 (yes 750!) people for you to choose from! But don’t worry, we’ll help identify the exact skillset you need.  Once we’ve shortened the list and interviewed the most fitting candidates, we’ll only send you the best matches. We promise not to send you 750 CV’s to look at!

We have 320 professional candidates in our database who are looking to work in Finance, either as Finance Managers and Controllers, Accountants or Book-keepers.  The list goes on – 9% of our candidates, 273 people, want to find a role in Marketing.  6% or 172 people would like to work in Human Resources.

But it’s not just mainstream roles we can fill. We have over 50 people who are what we call ‘Good with Words’: editors, writers and technical writers who can craft documents and manuals and write specifications for your business, or articles and blogs for your website. And there are over 80 people who are looking for a role in IT, as Software Developers, Data Analysts or Web Designers etc.

A staggering 75 people in Ten2Two Hampshire’s database want to work in top level Business Development. Nearly 60 people are after a role in Events and over 50 seek a job in Analysis. And we have over 50 people who can fill roles in Legal, 42 people in Sales and 38 in Senior Commercial Management. The list literally doesn’t end!

Saving the best till last…

65% of our candidates aren’t registered with any other agency.  That is a lot of talent to explore, with almost no competition.  On top of that, 100% of our candidates feel they have more to give and are all committed to continuing their careers.
