Your Best Year Ever

Looking for a job or a new career can be a job in itself. The obstacles include not knowing where to start, or what you want. Sometimes it’s the mental barriers that block us, sometimes the lack of confidence or uncertainty. Is there a job out there for me? Can I really find what I want? If I do, will I be able to do it? Other times we are simply overwhelmed by all the things we should be doing. All these challenges can cause us to procrastinate. As well as causing stress and holding back your job search, it can also be hugely disempowering to be taken along by life, rather than being in control and achieving your goals.

In this free and inspirational talk you will learn how to:

·     Prevent a pattern of failure in your life, career or business

·     Discover how to maintain consistently inspired positive action

·     Use your thoughts to impact your behaviour

·     Create the life and success you want

·     Develop your unlimited potential

Learn how to beat the failure cycle, overcome procrastination, focus your thinking and empower yourself to win!

Charlotte Thornton

After gaining a Hispanic Studies degree from Birmingham University, Charlotte trained as an actor in London. She then spent 15 years living a double life – half corporate, half artistic – whilst she met the challenges of chasing an acting career whilst also paying her way. It took her eight years and an amazing career coach, but at 35 she realised her dream and made her West End debut. Now, Charlotte combines the experience and skills from both her corporate life and her acting one, to deliver impactful workshops, talks and coaching. Her goal is to help others to achieve their goals, and live the lives they want.
