SCHOOL

Over the last few years many organisations have embraced flexible working and it has become an integral part of many businesses talent acquisition strategies. Now with many Schools being encouraged to become part of an Academy chain, there comes more autonomy over the recruitment and finance processes.

However, regardless as to the schools’ status, there is a continued demand and desire for talented professionals to join teams to ensure continued growth and success. We have recently worked with a local school who required the skills of an experienced Finance Manager.  They recognised the value in recruiting flexibly as they were able to access a talent pool of professionals. These were individuals who were potentially out of financial reach on a full time basis. Another benefit of accessing candidates through this talent pool would be the unexpected additional skills. For example another client sought an experienced book keeper, they ended up with an AAT qualified accountant with extensive marketing experience.

Over the last three and a half years we have built a unique local database of over 2000 professionals in West Kent who have asked us to help them find flexible rewarding work.  Whenever you need professional and highly affordable resources on a permanent or project basis from marketing to finance and administration we can help.
