Over the last few years many organisations have embraced flexible working and it has become an integral part of many businesses, talent acquisition strategies. Now with many Schools being encouraged to become part of an Academy chain there comes more autonomy over the recruitment and finance processes.

 

However, regardless to the schools status there is a continued demand and desire for talented professionals to join teams to ensure continued growth and success. We have recently worked with a local school who required the skills of an experienced Finance Manager, they recognised the value in recruiting flexibly as they were able to access a talent pool of professionals who were potentially out of financial reach on a full time basis. Another benefit of accessing candidates through this talent pool would be the unexpected additional skills. For example another client sought an experienced book keeper, they ended up with an AAT qualified accountant with extensive marketing experience.
