Kirsteen was delighted to talk last week to Rochester Business Guild members about the benefits of flexible working. We showcased many of the successes we have had in placing talented professionals in local business and were able to provide business with many different ways of thinking creatively about employing a flexible worker. BAE Systems led the Brachers sponsored event with a keynote speech by Sally-Ann McLean, BAE Systems Commercial Director. The event at Chatham Historic Dockyard concluded with some interesting debate on making flexible working work in local business.
