Well what a year 2015 was!  Here at Ten2Two we have seen a record number of you being placed in flexible and agile opportunities in and around the local West Kent area. This is great to be part of and we really feel there is a change in the way that employers are looking to grow their teams. Here are a few reasons we believe things are changing;

  • Affordability – Employers are able to grow their business utlising the weatlth of experience available on a flexible and Part time basis. It is estimated that almost 30% of the working population in Britain today works part time. http://bit.ly/1mnCuwy

One of the most important tools for us to help you with your search is an up to date CV. Over 20% of our members have not supplied us with a CV. We cannot stress enough the importance of a CV. This is the ultimate selling document, both for you looking independently and also for us to promote you to potential employers we are working with.
