Member ‘Get to Know You’ Session, morning of Tuesday 27th June, times vary, Berkhamsted

We’d love to get to know you, particularly as it helps us to promote your skill set to prospective employers if we’ve had a chat about your individual talents and requirements. So join us at this informal and friendly networking session. There’s an opportunity to meet other like-minded professionals and have a one to one session with one of the Ten2Two team.  Please book ahead so we can reserve your individual slot. Returner Workshop, evening of Wednesday 28th June, 8-10pm Berkhamsted

If you’ve had a career break and aren’t sure what your next steps are, this is the workshop for you. We’ll spend an interactive evening discussing and working through some exercises that will shine a spotlight on whether you’re ready to return to work and what areas you may need to focus on to be ready.  It’s a great opportunity to take stock of where you are and think about your personal plan for the future. So, if you feel out of touch with the workplace or have had a career break and are not sure of your next steps, this is the workshop for you. Suitable for anyone who has been out of the workplace for six months or more.

CV & Interview Workshop, evening of Wednesday 20th September, 8-10pm, Berkhamsted

A firm workshop favourite, this lively session covers how to write an excellent CV, the types of interviews you may come across, the interview and recruitment process, together with tips on interview techniques. There’s even an opportunity to perfect your own personal pitch! No preparation is needed, just come along prepared to take part.

Our 2017 survey results

As a committed flexible and part-time recruiter that’s been around for ten years this year, we’re focused on encouraging employers to focus less on presenteeism and embrace professional flexible talent on their doorstep. So if you responded to our ten year Member and Employer research questionnaire, we’d like to thank you. The results are in and the data has some really interesting insights so we’re busy preparing a full report for distribution in the next few weeks.
