Team Profile

Since staring the business in 2011, Andrea Starbuck and Kirsteen Allen have been working with a range of organisations from small start-ups to larger corporations to find the right flexible resource to help them grow their business.

Over the last 6 years they have seen a steady increase in the demand for flexible workers as businesses become more diverse in their approach. The talent pool of professionals wanting to work this way is overflowing and they have an ever increasing community of people waiting to add value to local business.

This increase in demand has required the team based in Sevenoaks to grow and over the last 18 months they were delighted to welcome two more part time professionals on board. Lorraine and Jemma bring with them a wealth of customer service and sales experience to ensure a service second to none.

In addition to running Ten2Two in Kent, Andrea and Kirsteen are Directors of the Board of the Sevenoaks Chamber of Commerce and are active members in the local community.
