We’ve got those butterflies, feeling a little excited and nervous. Today after four years we, Ten2Two Kent, have taken the leap of faith and moved away from the comfortable bosom of the home office, into the unchartered big grown up world of a commercial office. However according to Michael Rogers LLP in this recent article http://bit.ly/1M41BcI the rise in commercial to residential developments has seen a shortage of good quality affordable office space in the area.
