We have placed lots of Jobs in West Kent and London recently. They are all very different jobs with lots of different sectors and size of company, but they all have one common theme. Flexibility. Here are a few examples of flexible jobs placed through us at Ten2Two in the past few weeks.

HR Manager – Dartford – Job Share

Finance Assistant – Sevenoaks – 12 Hours per week

Recruitment Consultant – Tonbridge – 3 days per week

Office Manager – Sevenoaks – 20 hours per week

Most business recognise that  by offering flexibility this will open up a new talent pool of experienced candidates. We have been speaking to many property specialists especially in the legal sector who are looking for talented experienced candidates. By offering some real flexibility like a shorter day or shorter week they could open up a whole new candidate pool.

It has also helped with retention of good staff. Read here about one of our clients experience working through tough times using flexible working.

Many of these flexible working candidates belong to the Ten2Two community, don’t miss out get in touch and let me introduce you. Andrea@Ten2Two.org
