Most business recognise that  by offering flexibility this will open up a new talent pool of experienced candidates. We have been speaking to many property specialists especially in the legal sector who are looking for talented experienced candidates. By offering some real flexibility like a shorter day or shorter week they could open up a whole new candidate pool.
