Whether you are returning to the workplace after a career break, or you’re well and truly in the workplace, anxiety and stress can hold you back in many different ways. We’re delighted to have two great speakers offering different perspectives on how to manage your anxiety and overcome the stress.
Claire Stone is a nutritionist. But don’t be scared; she’s not a food dictator. In fact, she’s a serious advocate for chocolate, so you don’t need to avoid her! Claire aims to make you feel happy about food – she’ll help you understand how to stay focused, avoid the mid-afternoon slump and how to choose foods which help you feel more confident, calm and clear when you need it most. Claire has worked with UWE, NatWest and Lloyds Banking Group amongst others.
