Key Skills and CV Workshop

Are you looking for a new role, but getting lost in applications for jobs you don’t even know if you want?  So many people go straight to the job search without spending the time getting straight on what they’re looking for.

We are delighted to welcome career coach Laura Duggal to present this session.  This interactive workshop will give you the time to take a step back from the process and think about your unique skills and strengths, how you might use those in a work situation and your essential criteria for your next role.

There will then be a CV workshop. Tracey Adams, Director of Ten2Two Gloucestershire and Bristol will take you through a suggested CV format, highlighting how to include those new-found strengths and skills.  This will be a relaxed session looking at how best to present yourself on your CV, how employers and recruiters view them.  We will also show you some tweaks and advice to help you to improve your CV’s impact.  Bring along a copy of your CV if you have one (don’t worry, we won’t ask you to share it!).

There will also be time to network with like-minded professionals and meet the Ten2Two team.

Laura Duggal, Career Coach

Laura is a coach working with Mums returning to work after maternity leave or a career break. Her background is in recruitment and HR, and she’s also a Mum who returned to work herself.

Now, as a qualified Coach, Laura brings all of these skills and experience together to support Mums to feel confident and in control.  ​

There’s so much pressure on Mums to ‘have it all’. Laura will work with you to figure out what your own personal ‘all’ looks like – and work towards that instead.
