You at Your Best workshop: Overcome nagging self-doubts to build confidence

Wednesday evening 22nd June, 8pm-10pm Berkhamsted

If sometimes your nagging self-doubts can stop you performing at your best then this workshop is for you! It’s a great new interactive session hosted by an experienced local Executive coach, Helen Buckwell. We’ll spend the evening exploring what might be stopping you performing at your best, reminding you of how fab you really are and arming you with lots of tips to realise your potential and boost your confidence in the work place.
