We’re delighted to announce that we’ve now landed in the south-west of England. As a flexible and part-time recruiter, we’re pleased to be able to offer experienced and professional people to companies in and around Gloucestershire and Bristol from January 2017.

The perfect fit for working parents and employers

The advance of the flexible worker is largely heralded by the fact that there are thousands of talented parents with fantastic professional skills who want to work part-time. And there are hundreds of companies in the local business community who need experienced talent but can’t afford or don’t need someone on a full-time salary.

We specialise in helping people find flexible and part-time work, combining a rewarding job with the hours and location that allows them to balance their home and working lives. In turn, local small and medium businesses stand to gain huge benefits by finding affordable, talented and committed employees living just around the corner at an affordable cost.

Meet our south-west team…

Tracey Adams, an experienced marketer and mother-of-two, is behind the south-west launch. She is helping us to expand our offering at a time when many more local businesses are reassessing the traditional nine-to-five, Monday to Friday working week. The recession, a change in attitudes towards work-life balance and an increase in start-up business have all contributed to this.

Tracey says, “I’ve had a fantastic response from businesses I’ve spoken to in the area who clearly see the benefits of adopting a flexible approach to resourcing – but until now haven’t been able to easily recruit in this way. Hiring highly skilled staff, yet without full-time salaries can lead to increased loyalty and productivity. It’s a win-win.”

As with all of our branches, Tracey’s approach is a personal, local service for both businesses and parents in the community: “We’re going to build the best local community of professional people seeking flexible work, give them the support they need when returning to work (or switching to part-time) and personally connect businesses to them. We’ll also give our local employers hands-on support to take advantage of flexible working”.
