  Leigh Smith,  Director at Vivid Pixel came to us at a critical point in his dynamic creative graphic design business. As the business got bigger Leigh was looking for a skilled person to assist with his operational process, but recognised this would not necessarily have to look like a traditional role 9-5, 5 days per week.

“As my business has grown to a team of 4 over the last few years, I found myself spending time out of the office with clients more and more. I recognised the requirement for continuity in our operations so needed someone to take control of this, but didn’t need someone full time. Ten2Two were able to introduce me to a talent pool of experienced candidates who had the right skill sets for this role. We were introduced to Bridget works with us for 25 hours 5 days per week to ensure our service levels are managed and maintained.”
