We source the majority of our candidates through our member community of flexible professionals. Many of these high calibre candidates are not registered elsewhere as they are specifically seeking flexible roles such as part-time jobs.
Once we’ve agreed a brief, you can be interviewing in less than a fortnight depending on your diary availability.
Absolutely not. There are many different working patterns and we work with you to find the most suitable for you. We find that part days or part weeks are the most popular working formats but read more here to see what might suit your requirements.
We call our candidates our members as they all join our unique community of professionals with an interest in flexible working. We help develop our members by offering development workshops opportunities to network with each to strengthen and grow our community.

We operate on a % of the actual pro-rated salary agreed with your candidate, not on the full time equivalent salary like some recruiters. Give us a call to discuss how this could work for your role. It’s probably not as much as you think.
