Cat Harris – Baby to Boardroom

An engaging and motivational trainer, coach and facilitator with experience spanning over 15 years in the training industry. Cat has a passion for supporting parents returning to work and has first hand knowledge of this since returning to work after having her son.

Cat works in the insurance industry as a Learning Business Partner which incorporates supporting the company, its training and its development provisions. She has recently introduced a re-boarding programme which supports employees returning to the workplace following career breaks. Additionally, she supports the management community to ensure the transition back to the workplace is smooth and rewarding for all.

In her spare time Cat is founder of Baby to Boardroom, an enterprise supporting working parents to have the confidence and motivation to be the best they can. She understands the range of emotions which can be experienced and with her knowledge and expertise can guide parents towards their career aspirations and personal goals. Cat offers 1-2-1/group coaching, workshops and online support.

Nick Looby, writer, presenter and Modern Zombie Slayer

Writer of the Modern Zombie and professional speaker has teamed up with Kirsti Cox self confessed Ninja Networker to bring you an entertaining look at body language and how it can enhance your chances at interview. Kirsti is going to give us the top tips on how to Network for confidence, contacts and self belief

Kirsti Cox, Kirsti Cox Wealth Management – Female Financial Adviser

After a number of years working for a global corporate, Kirsti went on to pursue a personal dream of becoming self employed in Brighton and to support women and girls to reach their full potential.  Her work ethic is ‘no regrets, do more of what you love, learn something new everyday and have fun!’

Jane’s business was established in April 2007 and her studio is located in Laughton (just outside Lewes) in East Sussex.

Jane worked for 6 years as the in-house Personal Branding Consultant at BDO LLP (- global accountancy and business advisory firm).  During her time at BDO Jane advised all levels of staff (from secretaries and graduates to directors and partners) on how to improve their personal brand through the use of non-verbal communication skills.

Jane trained in make-up artistry at The London College of Fashion and Illamasqua, was Regional Finalist in the 2015 Wedding Industry Awards and was short-listed for the Guides for Brides 2016 Awards.  Jane has been featured in Financial Management, Times Educational Supplement, Personnel Today, Your Sussex Wedding Magazine, ETC Magazine and Times of Tunbridge Wells.

Jane’s passion is working with clients to show them how they can elevate their impact and personal presence through addressing concerns over their personal image; building their self-confidence, through tailored style and make-up advice, and ultimately helping them to achieve their personal goals.
