Our client Gallus asked us to find two professionals for their team: one to manage Business Development within the Marketing and Communications department, and one to manage Business & Project Support. These were new roles and had potential to be shaped around the right candidate.
We set about finding the right people to fill their roles. We work closely with our candidates (we call them Members), so we often have a good idea of who a client’s potential candidates might be at the outset. It wasn’t long before we had several Members to send for interviews, and Anna and Zoe were recruited.
Finding the right people for the job
Zoe joined Gallus as Business Development, Marketing & Communications Manager. She drives their strategic and operational plans in these areas. Zoe works full time but not in the conventional 9-5 pattern.
Zoe says, “I got in touch with Ten2Two shortly before my son was due to start school. My role in field sales meant that I covered a large geographical area and often worked long hours – difficult to juggle with school. I’d looked at alternative roles, but it was hard to find anything that combined flexibility with a challenging and progressive career. And then I found Ten2Two.

Anna joined just after Zoe, to manage their Business and Project Support. She makes sure their clients receive an amazing service and that their infrastructure is the best it can be. Anna presently works two full days per week and may well increase her hours over time.
