Her speciality is helping women to overcome the doubts and limiting beliefs that hold them back so they can confidently embrace opportunities to return to work after a career break; transition into new career roles; go freelance or develop and grow their own businesses.

Freya Blom is a personal & professional development coach who specialises in the areas of compelling communication and great relationships. With a global corporate background in L&D and relationship and project management, Freya is a fully insured and certified strategic interventions coach, hypnotherapist and NLP practitioner offering coaching to individuals and organisations who recognise the value of great relationships and compelling communication at work and home.

Jane Mather Style and makeup Jane is an experienced personal stylist, image and personal branding consultant, and make-up artist.  Jane’s business was established in April 2007 and her studio is located in Laughton (just outside Lewes) in East Sussex.

Jane worked for 6 years as the in-house Personal Branding Consultant at BDO LLP (- global accountancy and business advisory firm).  During her time at BDO Jane advised all levels of staff (from secretaries and graduates to directors and partners) on how to improve their personal brand through the use of non-verbal communication skills.
Jane trained in make-up artistry at The London College of Fashion and Illamasqua, was Regional Finalist in the 2015 Wedding Industry Awards and was short-listed for the Guides for Brides 2016 Awards.  Jane has been featured in Financial Management, Times Educational Supplement, Personnel Today, Your Sussex Wedding Magazine, ETC Magazine and Times of Tunbridge Wells.

Emma Cleary, Director at Ten2Two Sussex. Emma’s background is in newspaper publishing and more specifically, business development, sales and marketing. Since launching Ten2Two nearly 3 years ago she has worked with a huge variety of local businesses to help them realise the potential of part time professionals. She will be sharing a wealth of advice and tips on getting your CV to stand out and preparing for that essential interview.

Donna Reilly HR and Finance Consultant at Ten2Two Sussex.  Donna has worked in Human Resources for various industries within the South East.  She knows what is takes to get the right CV, get the interview and ultimately get the job.  Since joining the team at Ten2Two in January 2016, Donna has worked on updating the Operations and Finances as well as helping our members get fantastic jobs !
