I felt I just had to share this story with you just incase anyone out there is still feeling sceptical about the benefits of hiring from the under tapped pool of talented flexible professionals looking to add value to your business, or for those candidates who don’t believe these roles exist.

I was  approached by a large local Country Estate who had been very successful in recent times with their vineyard and award winning vintage sparkling wine. They were now in need of some accountancy expertise but not in the capacity of a full time person. After getting in touch with me I was able to delve into our fantastic community here at Ten2Two and guess what I found?

An experienced accountant with all the necessary skills but as an added bonus had held a Treasury position at the Institute of Masters of Wine!! You just couldn’t get it much better.

I am delighted to tell you this is not a one off situation for us, we are very proud of our community and have a fantastic record of helping business hire fantastic people within small and large companies in various roles.  If you have struggled to attract the right talent or you are a candidate who has not found the right job perhaps you’re looking in the wrong place. Flexible working is becoming one of the top priorities for fresh new talent emerging not just one for the established experienced professional. Which ever way you look at it, you should look at it, as its here to stay
