What we offer

We recognise that businesses have differing requirements and our members will have differing levels of skills, experience and availability. As a result, we offer a range of simple services and we fit the client's needs to the service and then find the right person.

These include:

Ten2Two Permanent Resource

When you need people on a permanent basis, either every day or several days a week.

We work with you to identify how much time is needed to fulfil a role and help you select candidates, interview and appoint.

Ten2Two ? Could she job share?
 

For permanent workers the client will employ the Ten2Two member and an introductory fee charged.

Ten2Two Contract Resource

If you have a specific assignment that you need help with, such as coverage of maternity leave or seasonal peaks in your business we can help you find people that can work for a fixed period of weeks or months and flexibly extend the period if required.

The contract worker will be employed by the client and a pro-rata'd introductory fee charged. Should the contract evolve into a permanent position need we can help you change the structure without hassle.

Ten2Two Temporary Support

The flexibility of many of our members allows you to bring in specialist skills on an occasional / temporary basis, perhaps one or two days a month or whenever you require them.

If you would like an experienced board director to facilitate your management meetings, an experienced accountant to supervise month or year end accounts or a marketing manager to help you plan a product launch, we can source the right person for you and endeavour to get the same person to work with you again in the future if you need continuity.

For temporary support Ten2Two will contract with the client and compensate the member.

Ten2Two Freelance Resource

Great freelancers are like gold dust and we have a group of highly skilled professionals who are available for freelance assignments. Our freelancers are fully up to speed with all the latest software packages - both PC and MAC and often available at short notice.

Ten2Two Project Consultancy

If you need some external specialist support to help achieve a business goal or if you cannot resource a new project from your existing team we can create a specialist group of members that have experience in a consulting environment to work with you.

Ten2Two has extensive experience in consultancy management and we will ensure your project is completed to your satisfaction.

Ten2Two Research

If you are developing or launching new products into the women, children or families markets you should talk to us first. Our experienced market research specialists can call on our Ten2Two membership base to help you innovate, product test or launch.

Whether you need a panel or sample of consumers or whether you'd like a more informed or professional-based group we can meet your needs.

Ten2Two Reconnect

Every year, Mothers (and some fathers) leave large organisations to look after young children or when kids start nursery and school.

Most organisations treat these people like any other leaver. They simply lose touch with them, which doesn't make sense given the investment they may have made in their personal and career development.

With Ten2Two's 'Reconnect' programme, organisations can maintain a relationship with these people, creating an opportunity for employers to engage with them again in the future. When you have a project-based, temporary role or flexible-hours vacancy you can give your ex-employees first view of the role and Ten2Two can facilitate the process.
