With Ten2Two you can be a flexible worker and a full-time mother. Named after the hours between the school run that many women can work, Ten2Two has been created to help women find rewarding work with local and national companies, whatever hours and days they want to work

We recognise that going back to work or changing your current role involves more than just finding a job (although that's a pretty big part of it). Finding the right role, updating your skills and rebuilding your confidence all contribute to enjoying work and we'll help you all the way.

If you have professional skills and experience and your looking for permanent, contract or feelance work you should consider registering as a member of Ten2Two. It's not just for mothers; we're also welcoming everyone else who wants to work flexibly such as fathers and carers. Full Membership

As a Full Member we will be actively seeking flexible work for you that match your skills. This service is free of charge.

 Associate Membership

If you're thinking about returning to work or changing your job sometime in the future it is worth registering as an Associate Member.

As an Associate Member we will not actively look for work on your behalf or shortlist you for flexible jobs; however you can become a Full Member whenever you're ready and in the meantime we'll keep you up to date with everything that's happening and perhaps spark an interest in one of our future roles.
