Part-time doesn't mean part week

It's true that many jobs are not right for part-time working when the employee works only two or three days a week. Why not consider employing someone who can do four or five hours every day? That way, they are never more than a couple of hours away from their desk or from returning a client's call and never have to miss important meetings.

Do you need someone more senior or more experienced than your budget will stretch to? Why not consider one of our professional members on a 10am to 2pm basis (or through one of our alternative formats) at a lower cost that a less experienced full-time person.

 
The best of both worlds

When you're recruiting it's often hard to decide between a person that is good at the regular tasks with attention to detail or a person with higher level skills that can lead their area of the business or be good with clients. Why not consider taking on two people and splitting the role? Allocate some budget to a person that works daily flexible hours to manage the day to day and use the rest to bring in a more senior person on an occasional basis to tackle the higher level skills.
