John O'Sullivan: CEO

John believes that all sizes of organisation should think again about how flexible working can help their business. He never tires in explaining the benefits to Ten2Two's clients and plotting how we can take Ten2Two across the country to help more professional women and businesses.

John has extensive business leadership experience in both blue chip and start-up environments and currently holds Non-Executive Director roles in several UK companies. His work with Juice Associates, a consultancy he founded in 2001, has involved him in the development of flexible working in a variety of areas from the development of remote-working broadband services to the use of flexible resourcing structures.

Ten2Two ? Could she job share?

Deborah O'Sullivan: Operations Director

Deborah is the lynchpin of Ten2Two, without whom the whole business would come crashing down around our ears.

Her early career was dominated by nearly 15 years' experience with BT where she held a number of senior marketing and development roles. She was latterly Head of Proposition Development, leading BT's entry into some of the largest and most successful customer stimulation and loyalty programmes in Europe. Deborah has a practical and enviable eye for detail and ensures the team works smoothly.

Jane O'Gorman, ACMA: Member Recruitment and Management

Jane has a strong background in accountancy, whilst recently extending her skills into marketing and customer service. Her roles have been in very diverse environments ranging from Deputy Group Accountant of Christies International Plc, the famous Auction House, to Booker Plc, where she was Deputy Group Accountant. Like the rest of the team, Jane combines parenthood with work and is acutely aware of what it takes to do both. Jane's enthusiasm and structured approach to work helps our members get the most from Ten2Two and her accounting background helps us to stay solvent.

Mandy Bobrowski: Marketing and Development Director

Mandy is a passionate and dynamic individual. She has over 15 years of strategic marketing experience within the drinks and foods industry working on some well known beers and well known biscuits.

She brings a wealth of knowledge on how to establish a brand in the UK and uses the discipline required in an FMCG environment to guide the company forward.

Lisa Bramall: Director, Milton Keynes

As part of the expansion of Ten2Two, Lisa will be leading our focus on Milton Keynes and north Buckinghamshire.

Lisa's background is in professional services marketing, in both the legal and accountancy markets where she worked for leading national partnerships Denton Wilde Sapte LLP and as a Regional Manager for Grant Thornton LLP. Her experience also encompasses recruitment management, giving her an ideal professional background for Ten2Two. Lisa will be combining her Ten2Two role with that of motherhood to her two small children, and will be using the influencing and stakeholder management skills refined on her children to place members with clients in the Milton Keynes area.

Kirsteen Allen and Andrea Starbuck: Directors, West Kent and Bromley

Andrea and Kirsteen, friends from Sevenoaks, school-run/car-pool buddies and now business partners are working together to launch Ten2Two in West Kent and Bromley. They are excited about working with a whole host of really talented women in the area. Kirsteen comes from a finance background having qualified as an accountant in the City with one of the "big five" accountancy practices. She practiced for 10 years and left as a partner of the firm to move with her husband to New York and then on to Tokyo. Andrea has a long established background within the residential property sales and marketing arena. She has been involved in most areas from development, to management of investment and estate portfolios, to direct sales and lettings. Both Kirsteen and Andrea are very keen, as they believe many other women are, to return to the work place to combine their current role of multi-tasking mothers with their professional expertise from the past. They are confident these skills will enable them to quickly and effectively establish relationships with both clients and members to fully understand their needs and aspirations.

Carol-Anne McConnellogue and Lucinda Rowe: Directors, North Herts and Luton

Carol-Anne McConnellogue and Lucinda Rowe, friends from Pirton in Hertfordshire, know what it is like to fashion a career with family commitments. For them Ten2Two provides a great opportunity to work with fellow professionals and business people to provide businesses within the North Herts and Luton region with a resource pool of talented, part-time professional employees.

Carol-Anne is an accomplished people and project manager with nearly 20 years' experience in the airline industry and project management. Lucinda's background is in IT support and relationship management gained in the City and transport sector. Both are active in their local community and have recently undertaken several voluntary roles. Their wide experience and understanding of how businesses operate will contribute to the success in introducing great candidates to expanding businesses within their region.

There is no doubt that the economy can benefit greatly by getting professional and experienced women back into the work place at a time and place that suits both the employer and employee. The challenge is to marry the requirements of both. This is the opportunity that enthuses both Carol-Anne and Lucinda and which, as part of the Ten2Two network, they feel will be a successful and winning formula.
