John O'Sullivan: CEO

John has extensive business leadership experience in both blue chip and start-up environments and currently holds Non-Executive Director roles in several UK companies. His work with Juice Associates, a consultancy company he founded in 2001, has involved him in the development of flexible working in a variety of areas from the development of remote-working broadband services to the use of flexible resourcing structures.

John's consultancy work constantly brings him into contact with clients that cannot find good people. He believes that businesses should think again about how flexible working can help.

Mandy Bobrowski: Marketing and Development Director

Mandy is a passionate and dynamic individual.  She has over 13 years of strategic marketing experience within the drinks industry working for Inbev, the world's largest brewer.

She has been responsible for developing the marketing campaigns for many leading beer brands including Stella Artois, Boddingtons, Leffe and Hoegaarden and latterly brought to market a number of new brands. She brings a wealth of knowledge on how to establish brands in the UK.

Jane O'Gorman, ACMA: Member Recruitment and Management

Jane has a strong background in accountancy, whilst recently extending her skills into marketing and customer service. Her roles have been in very diverse environments ranging from Deputy Group Accountant of Christies International Plc, the famous Auction House, to Booker Plc, where she was Deputy Group Accountant. She has also worked internationally in Paris for Cotradip SA. Jane has more recently been combining parenthood with management of a serviced 18thC Manor House in Burgundy, France. Jane's enthusiasm and structured approach to work will help our members get the most from Ten2Two.

 

Deborah O'Sullivan: Operations Development Director

Deborah's career is dominated by nearly 15 years' experience with BT where she held a number of senior marketing and development roles. She was latterly Head of Proposition Development, leading BT's entry into some of the largest and most successful customer stimulation and loyalty programmes in Europe. Since 2002, Deborah has worked with Juice Associates both as an active consultant and as Company Secretary. She has a practical and enviable eye for detail and will ensure the team works smoothly.
