Ten2Two is a commercial resourcing organisation with a social and business purpose.

More than jobs

Whilst many organisations supply people, we take a unique approach by helping to design and structure flexible roles - bringing thousands of people back into the UK workforce. We enhance this with a variety of other working formats from very occasional assignments to full project teams and research.

We are also providing the support and assistance mothers require in maintaining their career or returning to the workplace. Through our local teams we'll help them find the right role, access to local childcare if required and practical and emotional support from other members and supporters. Through the Ten2Two Foundation we'll be aiming to address some of the bigger issues that face mothers returning to work and help organisations to be fit to welcome them.

National and Local

To achieve all of this, we have created a new national brand that has the people, skills, influence, network and technology to make it happen. We have set up a national information and communications network to build and maintain relationships with our members and clients using leading edge web-based technologies.

In parallel, we will be setting up a network of local co-ordinators to recruit and support members and to work with local companies and local offices of large organisations.

Broad offering

We aim to provide a broad range of skills and expertise across all of the main professions and business functions including management, marketing, accountancy, sales, design and IT.

We'll offer a range of simply packaged and easily understood services from permanent staff working flexibly or filling an occasional need that requires professional skills.

We recognise that we will have to prove our capabilities before justifying a leading role in the supply of resources to our clients. As a result, we initially launched in a limited geographical area prior to a national rollout. Ten2Two is not a gossip, celebrity or fashion-fuelled novelty. It addresses one of the most substantial issues that faces millions of women who want to balance careers and motherhood and in turn is solving the resourcing needs of many businesses.
