A significant share of our profits will be allocated to the Ten2Two Foundation - a charitable organisation that will be established in early 2008, dedicated to improving the culture and structure of flexible working for members and other carers.

We will be targeting the development of specific services that members can use to make working easier such as:

  • School holiday childcare programme development
  • Emergency childcare services
  • Mentoring and coaching services within the Ten2Two community
  • Development of home working services and tools
  • Buddying and job-share innovations
 Ten2Two ? Could she work on a contract?
 

The Ten2Two foundation will also contribute to the national debate on flexible and part-time working on behalf of the Ten2Two members.

Members will be consulted on the first areas we'll tackle when the foundation is established.
