As we develop the Ten2Two business across the UK, it is our ambition to develop a range of services that members can use to make working easier such as:

  • School holiday childcare programme development
  • Emergency childcare services
  • Mentoring and coaching services within the Ten2Two community
  • Development of home working services and tools
  • Buddying and job-share innovations
Ten2Two ? Could she work on a contract?
 

We have started working on several of these initiatives and we already regularly receive great feedback on the free personal development events we run for our members - our investment into their return to the workplace.

Ten2Two also contributes to the national debate on flexible and part-time working on behalf of the Ten2Two members. We work with policy groups as well as holding discussions on flexible working with senior HR Directors from around the UK.

Ultimately, we are aiming to set up a formal Foundation organisation to drive some of these things forward. Until we can fund this, we do it in our spare time, with the support of some great friends and colleagues.
